How to use your gallery
Please allow 48 hours after your event/ shoot for your gallery to be loaded.
- For security purposes, all galleries are password protected and require your email.
- Your gallery is set up as a shopping cart so you can select favourites and purchase your photos online.
- Digital images can be ordered in various sizes/ resolutions and will be emailed automatically after you check out.

How do I find my photos?
Please click on the event gallery thumbnail above to access your gallery. Allow at least 48 hours after your event for all images to be loaded.

How do I order my photos?
Click on the photo you like. This will take you to a larger image displaying different purchase options. Select the product you would like to order and add it to your cart.
You can choose between Digital Packages, Prints or Digital files.
When you are ready to pay, click on ''View Cart" to review your order.
Click on "Checkout" to complete the delivery and payment details.
Can you edit my photo?
All images in your gallery are edited, including colour correction, cropping and sharpening.
Extra retouching such as blemish removal, skin smoothing or removing objects can be requested but may incur an additional fee.
What are your payment options?
We offer ApplePay, Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal.
Direct transfer is available, however digital images will not be emailed until payment clears which can take 3-5 business days to process before the order is released.
Why do you need my email address to access the gallery?
Your email is used to protect your privacy and log into your private online gallery.
We will also send you an automatic email to confirm your order and another when it has been fulfilled.
I've forgotten my access password?
Please contact us via email and we will email your login password.

When will my order be ready?
Digital orders will be available soon after ordering via email to download.
Printed images can take up to 2 weeks to process and deliver. You will receive an email once dispatched.
Where can I print my photos?
Please avoid photo stations in shopping centres for printing. For a quality print I highly recommend ordering through a professional lab such as Streets Imaging.

How big can I print a digital image?
We have three options for digital files.
High resolution file- Printable to 12x18"
Medium- Printable to 6x8"
Small resolution- Web sized and best for social media but can be printed to 6x4".
What is your refund policy?
Digital downloads are not refundable unless the download is found to have a technical fault.
Prints and products are not refundable. If the print is damaged we will reprint them.
